Become part of the adventure! Compete to win autographed books from the Aurora Summit: Celebrating the Art, Culture, Science & Photography of the Aurora! Our international event is coming to Northern Wisconsin, November 7-9, 2025, and all are welcome.

Those who participate in our challenge will win several autographed copies of books from the authors who are featured at the Aurora Summit! We’re looking for great content that spreads the thrill of chasing the Aurora to people in your circles — it could be enthusiasm in your journey to catch Northern Lights, excitement for our event, appreciation for the authors, experts or groups you admire, or fun discoveries you’ve made on the way.

3 STEPS REQUIRED TO WIN:

1. Leave a comment on at least one of our social media posts announcing the challenge.

2. Share a post with the image of the featured books to your social media audience.

3. Use the hashtag in creative ways leading up to the convention! Your posts must be made with the audience set to public, or on a public Instagram account, so that we can find your posts. Best use of the hashtag will win you several autographed books all about the Aurora, featuring authors who have been named Aurora Summit Presenters.

Tag our social media handles when you can.
Add a photo or image file when possible.
Feel free to add our website to your post: TheAuroraSummit.com
Tagging Aurora Summit Presenters and other speakers is appreciated.
Posts must be visible to the public.
You may post as often as you want and about anything your heart desires related to Aurora or the night sky leading up to the convention.
Creating posts or blogging about the event while it is happening is also encouraged! The winner will not be announced until after the annual Aurora Summit has kicked off and is in full swing.
The best social media channels in 2025 include Facebook, Instagram, BlueSky and X. You will find our shareable posts on these channels, as well as content from Melissa F. Kaelin on Substack.
